Stefano IPPOLITO, born in Rome, Italy, 57 years ago. Graduate at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" as Chemical Engineer.
Joined Alfa Laval in 2012 as Export Sales Manager for Olive Oil Division, based in the Florence Office of Alfa Laval (Italy). Starting from 2015 I was Responsible also for Avocado Oil Application inside Alfa Laval. My current position in Alfa Laval is Global Sales Manager for Olive Oil and Avocado in the Business Unit Decanter.
He participated as speaker to the 6th International Congress of the Avocado, held on 2018 in Jalisco, Mexico, 9th World Avocado Congress held on 2019 in Medellin, Colombia and the 4th Africa Avocado Congress held on 2024 in Nairobi, Kenya.
Aldo Pesce
Aldo Pesce is the Export Sales Manager at Amenduni Nicola Spa, leading Italian manufacturer of machines for avocado oil extraction. In last ten years he has been involved in dozens of projects all over the world from the design to the working operations. His focus is to ensure to supply the most suitable solution for the production processes, to make oil extraction operations the most rational, efficient, productive and competitive. Currently most of the avocado oil produced in the world is produced with Amenduni machines.
Dr. Singh

He proudly serves as the Chairman of the Rajasthan Association of Kenya, fostering unity and cooperation among the Rajasthan community in the country. Additionally, he holds the prestigious position of Vice Chairman of the Hindu Council of Kenya, where he actively promotes cultural preservation and community development initiatives.
