Exhibitor hereby contracts for Exhibit space at the 5th INTERNATIONAL AFRICA AVOCADO CONGRESS Exhibitor agrees to abide by the below terms and conditions. Exhibitor acknowledges that any additional requirements such as furniture, electrical, special signs, audio-visual, maintenance etc will entail separate charges to be ordered and paid to our supplier.
Registration on our platform does not secure your place; You must finish payment process as soon as possible to reserve your ticket.

Purchase of 3x3 booth includes : booth shell, back and side walls, 1x240v single socket outlet, 2x80w spotlights with cabling, 1 fascia panel with company name in standard black vinyl, 1 rectangular table, 2 conference chairs, 1 complimentary full conference registration, 1 complimentary booth sta badges. Social dinners are also complimentary for booth staff.
PAYMENT TERMS: Registrations MUST be accompanied by payment. If payment is not received by 30th April 2025 registration will not be considered valid.
